David A. Fulcher serves as a vice president of Covenant Solutions where he oversees development and strategy. He also assumes the role of project executive managing development projects from concept through completion. Mr. Fulcher earned a duel undergraduate degree in theology and social work at Marquette University. He studied at University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee where he earned his Master of Social Welfare. Mr. Fulcher has spent over two decades in the Healthcare and Senior Living Industry.

Mr. Fulcher previously served Presbyterian Homes in several capacities, a President of Presbyterian Homes of Wisconsin, Director of The Presbyterian Homes and Services for the Aging (PAHSA) and as a Project Developer for Senior Housing Partners, Presbyterian Homes' development group. In these roles, he provided leadership, executed strategic planning initatives, oversaw the development of new communities and served at both local and national levels within the aging community.
