David Knight serves as Director of Finance and Business Analysis where he oversees the financial feasibilities. Mr. Knight graduated Magna Cum Laude as a triple major in Accounting, Economics, and Philosophy from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. He received his Master’s in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Chicago. Mr. Knight has spent a decade within the Senior Living and Long Term Care industry.

Mr. Knight has been a policy maker, analyst, and operator. He brings campus and corporate experience. Prior to working with Covenant Solutions, Mr. Knight served as an accountant, financial manager, and most recently as an associate administrator with Covenant Retirement Communities.

Over the past 10 years Mr. Knight has performed feasibility studies for over 20 construction projects for Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC). These projects total well over $400 million and vary in size from $500m to over $20 million. Incorporating the feasibility studies Mr. Knight managed the consolidation process for Covenant Retirement Communities’ multi-facility annual corporate budgets and 10 year forecasts.
