Jeff Lundeen serves as the Vice President of Covenant Solutions where he oversees the operations of construction and master planning projects. Mr. Lundeen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. He studied Long Term Care Administration at the University of Minnesota. Mr. Lundeen has spent twenty years in the Healthcare and Senior Living Industry.

Mr. Lundeen’s experience includes serving as a health care administrator of Heritage Village in Kankakee, Illinois, and also as the President of Presbyterian Homes of Wisconsin.

Over the past 5 years Mr. Lundeen has coordinated over 20 construction projects in all levels of service for Covenant Retirement Communities. These projects total well over $300million and vary in size from $500m to over $20 million. In addition, he has coordinated and/ or participated in master planning projects at over eight CCRC’s. Within CRC Mr. Lundeen has served on or led various task forces including community based services, risk continuum and master planning initiative.
