Covenant Village of Colorado (CVC)
Responsible for property identification, zoning, marketing, construction and initial operations planning for the 1st phase (120 units) of CVC.
Covenant Village of the Great Lakes
Ms. Townsend shepherded CVGL through site selection, feasibility and market studies and planned rezoning as well as conceptual architecture work, 1st phase construction and operations before and after opening
Irvington Village
Ms. Townsend was responsible for all phases of this project from planning to construction to operations, which continues to be an area of responsibility. As an Affordable AL project, Irvington Village presented new frontiers in tax credit financing and low income housing requirements.

Rebecca Neth Townsend serves as senior vice president of Covenant Solutions where she oversees research and development and business development. Ms. Townsend received her Bachelor of Nursing at Seattle Pacific University and went on to earn her masters in Health Care Management from California State University. She has also completed her Masters of Project Development and Masters of Business Administration. Ms. Townsend has over twenty years of experience with in the long term care industry.
Prior to Covenant Solutions, Ms. Townsend served as Vice President of Project Development for Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC) where she oversaw the concept development and feasibility stages for new locations, expanded locations, expanded services and acquisitions. Ms. Townsend oversaw construction projects ranging in size from $3 million to $15 million for Covenant Retirement Communities. Ms. Townsend also worked with Covenant Ministries of Benevolence with Covenant Housing and Covenant Enabling Residents.
