Covenant Solutions evolved in the mission-driven culture of Covenant Retirement Communities. We provide master planning and project development support for its campuses nationwide.

Over the years, we have owned and managed hundreds of millions of dollars in senior housing innovation. We bring in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the senior housing industry to every project. Our field-tested tools, systems and processes provide the infrastructure for quality solutions.

We know senior housing. More important, we understand mission. As a not-for-profit organization, we specialize in providing a cost-effective competitive edge to those we know best – similar mission-driven not-for-profit providers.

Covenant Solutions operates in support of the values of one particular not-for-profit provider, Covenant Retirement Communities. The Covenant Retirement Communities mission statement is as follows:

Covenant Solutions Business & Development Support established the following objectives as underlying values to the formation of the company.

Covenant Solutions is a subsidiary organization of Covenant Retirement Communities which is created to support Covenant Retirement Community campuses and other not-for-profit mission compatible organizations in their innovative facility and business development.

Covenant Solutions is formed to continue the current and future support required by Covenant Retirement Communities, enhance its service products and extend its knowledge, expertise and supporting models to other not-for-profit mission compatible organizations
