Jeff Lundeen serves as the President of Covenant Solutions where he oversees the operations of development and master planning projects. He also assumes the role of project executive managing development projects from concept through completion. Mr. Lundeen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. He received his degree in Long Term Care Administration from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Lundeen has spent over 20 years in the Healthcare & Senior Living Industry.

Mr. Lundeen’s previous experience includes serving as a campus administrator and as the President of Presbyterian Homes of Wisconsin. Over the past 5 years Mr. Lundeen has coordinated over 20 construction projects in all levels of service for CRC. These projects total well over $300 million and vary in size from $500 to over $30 million. In addition, he has coordinated and/or participated in master planning projects at over a dozen CCRC’s.
