Project Description:

The Town Center at Covenant Village of Northbrook completed construction in early 2009. The new project consists of a 134,000 square foot three-story building. The building includes a Town Center on the main floor with two floors containing forty-four residential apartments above. The Town Center includes an assortment of amenities including: new dining venues, a state of the art fitness center, resident classroom space and a creative arts center. An underground garage with additional parking spaces, added storage, and maintenance space are also included in the project. This project is believed to be a significant asset to current and future residents.
