Project Description:
The Redwood Lodge project at Covenant Village of Turlock epitomizes campus repositioning. Limited by a tight site, the project wrapped around the existing administration building as a means of maintaining operations throughout the two year construction period. The Redwood Lodge project opened in 2006 and includes a three story building with common amenities on the first floor and residential apartments on the second and third levels.
