Project Description:
Phase III, a three story residential building, is the last phase of Covenant Village of the Great Lakes master plan. The Phase III project included an 84 unit residential building with an underground garage. The building is directly connected to Phase II of the campus allowing an interior walkway which protects residents from inclement weather all year round.
