Project Description:

Creekside is the newest development at Crane’s Mill Retirement Community in West Caldwell, New Jersey. This residential building will complete the original master plan of the campus. The 70 unit building connects directly to the existing campus and is targeted to complete construction in the winter of 2009. Ten cottages are also included in this phase and planned to be located on the side of the campus property along Passaic Avenue.
