Project Description:
The Holmstad is under construction with development plans for a New Town Center. The Town Center project is the first phase of the Holmstad Master Plan and is designed to provide updated amenity space for this thirty year old campus. The Town Center project consists of a three- story structure with Town center space on the first floor and two stories of residential apartments above. A myriad of amenities will be included in the Town center, including: an assortment of dining venues; a modern fitness center with an indoor pool; a creative arts center; resident library, and an updated administration area. The project is scheduled to commence construction in the winter of 2006 and complete construction in the spring of 2008.
