Project Description:

The Covenant Village of Florida Town Center is currently under construction. This project is an exciting and long awaited addition to the campus. It will integrate the Covenant Retirement Community LifeConnect philosophy through enhanced wellness programming, a centralized and expanded dining operation and additional green space withimproved landscaping. In addition, this project includes 34 residential units with enhanced amenities including eat in kitchens, laundry spaces, balconies and increased storage. This project is believed to be a significant asset to current and future residents.
