Project Description:

The Town Center at Covenant Village of Northbrook is currently under construction. The new project will consist of a 134,000 square foot three-story building with a Town Center on the main floor. The building will also include two floors containing forty-four residential apartments. The Town Center will include an assortment of amenities including: new dining venues, a state of the art fitness center, resident classroom space, and a creative arts center. Plans for the construction of an underground garage with additional parking spaces, added storage, and maintenance space are also included in the project. This project is believed to be a significant asset to current and future residents.
