Covenant Solutions Business & Development Support (Covenant Solutions) was founded as an affiliate of Covenant Retirement Communities’ (CRC) in February 2004. Formed for the purpose of formalizing development work previously done by Covenant Retirement Communities project development, Covenant Solutions also provides services to mission compatible organizations.

Covenant Solutions brings decades of operational experience to the development and/or redevelopment process for a campus. Covenant Retirement Communities project development arm has developed nearly a billion dollars of campus innovation & renovation. Covenant Solutions expertise is unique in the in-depth understanding of operations, programming and development issues. Covenant Solutions supports clients by integrating operational components and resident expectations throughout the facilitation of the development process.
